We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
